Custom House Plans

You can do custom house plans by submitting your brief so that we can discuss your ideas.

On receiving your brief I will then ask several questions to gain further information on criteria such as the feasibility and planning constraints associated with the new buildings location.

Once you've submitted the form I will then send you a quote for work required to complete the Initial Assessment.

If you are happy with this I will proceed to develop a series of concept plans and elevations of your proposal.

A brief about me

My name is Adam and I am an architectural designer practising in the UK. I’ve worked on large and medium sized mixed use commercial designs including visitor centres, restaurants and hotels.

Other examples of my work include:

• Restoration work to historic and listed buildings
• Alterations to existing buildings, new builds, extensions, loft conversions and change of use.

I have over six years of experience in the field of architectural design and planning. I can see projects from inception through to completion and work to meet set deadlines and budgets.

I pay attention to detail and produce work which develops interesting yet functional space. Having worked for ecologically conscious practices in the past I am very keen to apply energy saving applications to new and existing designs.

Some of the projects I have worked on have received awards including design awards and technical certificates.

I live in England in a busy market town called Malton I have two cats and enjoy walking and cycling. I am here to answer any questions you have on your design project. The service is free of charge.
