Beach bungalow for Nicaragua

(Currently in Germany)

I would like a small basic bungalow with a bedroom and bathroom. Perhaps 5x6m, outdoor shower? Possibly green building with louvered windows for airflow, large deck and big roof overhang.
Solar panels on the roof as well.
The units are going to be rented not lived in.
